• Customers must contact Stitchie’s within 48 hours of receiving their order if the item does not fit as expected.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be communicated by Stitchie’s.
• This guarantee does not limit any rights customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Free Alterations

• Available exclusively for eligible items from The Return collection.
• Covers minor fit adjustments approved by Stitchie’s.
• Major alterations, redesigns, and changes beyond the agreed scope are not included.
• Customers must contact Stitchie’s before sending an item for alteration.
• Alterations are subject to the garment’s design and construction.

3. Made-to-Order in Your Size

• Available by direct message for customers who are ready to confirm their orders.
• Customers must provide and confirm their measurements, selected design, and fabric choice before production begins.
• Fabric selection is subject to availability.
• Processing takes approximately 1–2 weeks before dispatch, starting once the order details are confirmed and required materials are available.
• Production timelines may vary if unexpected material or production delays occur. Customers will be informed of any significant changes.
• Please review your measurements and order details carefully before confirming.

4. Free Size Assistance

• Customers may message Stitchie’s for help choosing a size.
• A size chart and measurement guidance will be provided where available.
• Customers are responsible for confirming their measurements before placing an order.

5. Surprise Gifts
